My mom has been at this facility for a month and is getting discharged tomorrow. And it has been amazing! I highly recommend this place! Once I got a tour of the place, I had high hopes for this place. And they delivered! Shoutout to Yasmeen for giving me the tour. She welcomed me with open arms. The lead of the station that my mom was fantastic! Huge thanks to Lanie and her team! The nurses in the station took really good care of my mother. Johnathan and Jacklin were the best nurses! The CNAs were also great! Karla was amazing CNA! Also their physical and occupational team has been exceptional! Shoutout to Gloria and Jackie! My mother had lost 40 pounds since being at this facility! All in all, this is such a great facility for those that are looking for a home for their loved ones as well as rehabilitation!
I visited this facility while my uncle was here during the final days of his life, and my family and I had traveled from another state to be with him. The staff treated him with genuine respect, care, and dignity something I don’t often see in similar facilities. During visiting hours, we frequently asked the nursing staff to check on him, whether to ensure he wasn’t in pain or that he was comfortable and properly cared for, and they always responded promptly without complaint or the slightest sign of annoyance. Not only did they treat my uncle this way, but every patient seemed to receive the same level of compassion and respect. The facility itself was also clean and far better organized than the one he had been in before being transferred here.
Not sure where to begin, but my husband and I are very grateful for the team here at the rehab facility! I was looking for a new rehab facility to transfer my mother in law from a horrible rehab facility, I researched a closer location and found the Redwood facility. We had a tour and first thing when we arrived we knew we had found the perfect place. It took some time and many texts and calls to Yasmine but Yasmine and Carol were able to help us! The team has been GREAT and welcoming. My husband is with his mom everyday and the facility to him feels like a family. The rehab/occupational and speech therapy my mother in law receives is awesome! Thank you Yasmin, Carol, Bennito, Evan, Jason, Soy,Vince,Ani and all the CNA’s, nurses and kitchen manager for being a caring and awesome team! My family appreciates all you do! If you need a rehab place for your loved ones with a team that makes you feel like part of a family this is the place.
A long overdue review as my dad was discharged on 11/15/25. A lot of follow up appointments with his specialists and PCP. We have Medicare and Medi-Cal. They accept both.
My dad was admitted to the post-acute rehab center on 10/18/25 after discharged from Regional Medical Center.
We have no experience in this but everyone was so patience, nice, and knowledgable. Evan from administration and Fe, RN helped admitted my dad on his 1st day. According to the assessment, my dad needs to do the following: PT physical therapy. occupational therapy, and ST speech/swallow therapy. My dad loves them all because they are all extremely patience with my dad.
Big thank you to all the therapists whom helped my dad back to where he was before hospitalization. Thank you Lara, OTL, Winnie/Jaclyn (PT/OT), and Sawyer/Victoria (ST). There are multiple RNs and CNAs I want to thank you as well. Thank you Charmaine, Jonathan, Janevive, Jackly, Edith, Li Tung, Meserel, Pia. Almost forgot, thank you Amber, the case manager. She explained everything about insurance coverages and how long he could stay. Hope I didn’t miss anyone.

This is a great facility! Staff are very helpful and always kind. Everyone is supportive and the CNA’s are amazing. Would highly recommend!
Let’s start from the beginning, my uncle unfortunately had to go to the ICU for a cardiac arrest. He had to go to through two hospitals and went to intensive care to recover. After he recovered from his surgery, the hospital informed me I had to choose 9 places that would accept his insurance. Based on the reviews in comparison to the other 8, I chose this place for my uncle. This place reviews, I kid you not, is exactly what the reviews stated. Showing only showing respect to all their patients, but courtesy to their love ones that they know they are currently worrying about their loved ones’ well-being. I want to give a huge shoutout to two people, especially Jason and Amber. Jason went well and beyond being the nice guy which I thought was being nice to everyone, but he genuinely cared about his patients and had a sense of humor with that as well. Amber, I unfortunately only was able to talk to her on the phone but based on that one phone call I knew she liked her job, which I applaud too. Overall, if someone would have asked me about this place and give it a rating. 5/5.
I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention my relative received at The Redwoods Post Acute. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted everyone warmly, which made us feel welcome right away. The facility was impressively clean and well-maintained.
The CNAs and nurses were incredibly helpful. Edith, in particular, provided outstanding care, always making sure my loved one was comfortable. Nurses Linda, George, Laura, and Amy kept me consistently informed about her condition, which was so reassuring.
The rehab team was fantastic! The speech therapist, Sawyer, and the physical and occupational therapists, Tina, Sue, and Winnie, were all so kind and supportive. The dietitian, Stacy, took great care to monitor her weight and manage her feeding tube. Lara who runs rehab keeps tabs and would know of my relatives condition whenever I asked.
The administrative side was equally impressive. The sales team was friendly and helpful, Amber and the entire social services went above and beyond to assist in arranging the long-term care we needed.
I am truly grateful for the dedicated and compassionate team at The Redwoods Post Acute. Highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality post-acute care!
Redwood Post-Acute took care of a family friend of mine and did rehab with her. We were very pleased with the outcome of the rehab, and happy to say that she is doing well at home because of their team. I highly recommend this facility and can’t thank them enough.
I had the pleasure of interacting with the Director of Nursing and the staff during my recent experience, and I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism, dedication, and compassionate care. From the moment I arrived, the staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and well cared for.
The Director of Nursing exemplified leadership and attentiveness, taking the time to address my concerns and providing clear communication throughout. Their commitment to excellence was evident in the seamless coordination of care among the team.
Every member of the staff worked together to provide outstanding service, displaying a high level of expertise and kindness. It was clear that patient care is their top priority, and I felt confident and supported every step of the way.
Thank you to the Director of Nursing and all the staff for your exceptional service and for making my experience a positive one. I highly recommend this team to anyone in need of care.
The staff at The Redwoods Post-Acute facility are exceptional, they treated my family member with the utmost respect and making their stay feel like they were home. The facility is clean and the activities for my loved one was good. Last but not least the facility is good with communicating with the family.
